  • by

Kubota Corporation will start mass production of tractors through a joint venture established with Escorts Limited. This is reported on the official website of the manufacturer.

Genuine Kubota spare parts and licensed aftermarket can be ordered from AGA Parts. We supply spare parts for heavy machinery at competitive prices. Timely delivery to 140 countries is organized with the involvement of transport companies or international mail.

The new production will allow Kubota to accelerate its entry into the Indian market, one of the largest in the world, with its products designed in accordance with local demands and needs.

The Indian tractor market is one of the largest in the world in terms of units and is predicted by analysts to continue growing in the future.

As a reminder, Kubota established Kubota India Private Limited (“EKI”) with Escorts in February 2019 as a tractor joint venture. In July of this year, Kubota invested approximately 16 billion yen in the plant to expand production and increase its presence in the Indian market.

The EKI plant, which will begin mass production of the machines in the near future, will produce multi-purpose tractors that can be used for towing, transportation and various other applications besides agricultural work.

Escorts Limited has local manufacturing know-how and strong ability to procure components. Through this cooperation, Kubota will accelerate its business development in the Indian market.
